The Silk Road Gala is a volunteer-run event. Volunteers work together
to plan the event, request sponsorship, sell individual tickets,
create an Asian food menu, book entertainment, create decorations,
sell greetings for the program book, solicit silent auction items,
promote media coverage, greet guests, and staff the event to ensure
smooth gala operations.
